Got this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She loves it! It can rock a bit or stay stationary. The seat turns around so she can play with many different toys. There's also a snack tray which is neat! Compacts flatter for travel. I never got one of these for my 5 kids so this was my first experience with one and it's great!

I got this for my 4 month old granddaugher. Her parents put her in it for the first time, called me on the phone and all I could hear were shreiks of happiness and laughter from her, and her parents over the phone. Apparently she loved it!

I agonized over what type of Exersaucer to get...should I get pink...should I get another brand...what was worth the money...I finally went back to my original choice with the Tea Party. I had read reviews that the paint chipped off and I was worried about that happening. I haven't had any problems with that occuring. I think that perhaps Evenflo has changed the design of the teething toys, they don't have any paint on them. Only the teapot makes musical noise and I think when my little one figures out that the top has to be pushed down, it will be an exciting day! My little one wasn't too interested in all of the toys at first but each time she gets in it, she does more and more with the toys. The purse is the least exciting one right now, but who knows maybe today will be the day she "discovers" it?! I would recommend this to anyone...I put it together knowing it would take some time and it did...but I think that's part of the fun!

Okay so I felt bad for this wonderful exersaucer after reading the reviews that say it is cheaply made or difficult to put together. My husband set it up in about 20 minutes and while I will say that it was not like our son's (this was back in 1997) which just popped up and was instant use, it was still not a problem for us. In regards to the paint chipping, I have to say I didn't even realize there was paint on the exersaucer, so I went to check. The actual teethers do NOT have paint, they are fully rubber like material...the cup that dangles from the teapot, the handle on the purse, the candle on the cake, and the 2 toys that dangle from the purse. There is a small amount of paint detail on the cake itself, in the center of the flowers, and on the mirrored hat, but our daughter has been banging/chewing on this thing since she was 3 months old and I see no chipping whatsoever. In fact, this is one of our favorite toys. She loves to set the teapot song off and really enjoys all the toys now at 7months. When she first used it her favorites were the spinning beads and the cake. You can even set other small toys in the food compartment trays to add things of interest. We knew we wanted an exersaucer for our 3rd child because we'd gotten tons of use out of them with our first 2, but I was a bit skeptical about the pastel look to this and wondered if bright primary colors would catch a baby's attention more. I was wrong. The colors are very fun and bright springy colors and our daughter is completely in love with all the toys. She moves from one to another and will happily play for 20-30minutes at a time. This is a great fun toy that can be used for a long time by your princess. Its easy to move too as we have a 3 story house and I regularly bring it up to the top floor in the morning while I get ready. Love it, love it, love it!!

DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED December 3, 2008

Opening up the pieces to this expensive piece of junky plastic reminded me how poorly made things are today-especially toys. But that was only the beginning. I should have hired a babysitter so I could put this together. And then charged Evenflo for my labor. NO MOTHER has time to be putting something of this level of detail and complexity together-without risking that her baby (and other children if she has them) aren't choking on small pieces or getting into other trouble. It takes about 1.5 hours of uninterrupted time to put together this Exersaucer. You are not warned about that part when you buy it. $70 and the company doesn't do squat (even attaching some small pieces together), and the whole time you are wondering if you are doing it right and whether your baby is going to collapse in the thing. It's almost as if they are so afraid of getting sued they make you do it. And then the kicker at the end of 2 hours, a fussy baby (who was asleep by the time I finished it and couldn't enjoy it ironically), is that they don't even include the triple A batteries you need. Ugh. Be warned! Either get this pre-assembled at a consignment store or find a different toy.
