I had first come across a cheese server like this at a very upscale Italian restaurant here in my area. Loved it there and love it even more on my own table. Guests like it and as the other reviewer states, it became a topic of discussion with our guests asking "Where can I get mine!!" This is a good choice and you can't really go wrong 'cuz you can make it work with serving just about anthing from cheese to relish to other condiments to nuts to ANYTHING! Great item!!

I used this server for grated Parmesan cheese. It worked great, was well balanced and it looked great.
It actually became a discussion item and a 'must have' for our dinner guests.
I was very pleased with the product
