When you need serious help, Dr. Dan's is still the best. Instructions suggest only two applications per day, but you can augment that with something like Chapstick and you'll heal those lips fast.

My lips were badly burned from the sun, and it was painful. A member of my pool club recommended Dr Dan's lipbalm. Within 2 days I saw noticeable improvement. I'm not leaving for Florida without some.

Dunno if I'll ever know if this works on my sore lips, the taste is so horrible. It quickly gets into your mouth, and it's hours before it goes away. I can hardly bear to use it. Might try it at bedtime.

This is a great product for people who are on medications that dry one out, like acutane. It is amazing! I received this extremely fast even though it was standard shipping.
